Classes at ORCS have been cancelled for the remainder of this week. See the text from the email sent out last night to families of ORCS from ORCS director, Erin Selvig.
Hi Families
I hope this finds you all doing well. I apologize for the late notice, but Our Redeemer Christian School will be closed for the remainder of this week, March 5th and 6th. With the continued cases of Coronavirus showing up in our community including Woodmoor Elementary and now with the Northshore School district making the decision to close, we feel it is in everyone’s best interest to close.
At this time we have not had a confirmed case of Coronavirus or any known exposures associated with our school, Our Redeemer Lutheran Church or either of the other church groups that use the building. Our concern is mainly with the vulnerable population and doing our part to stem the spread of the virus.
We will continue to be in communication as this is a very fluid situation.
