Pastor Nicholas Schultz
Pastor Schultz began serving as Our Redeemer Lutheran Church’s pastor in July, 2018. Pastor Schultz grew up in eastern South Dakota and grew up attending Madison United Methodist Church. I high school and college, he spent time attending and learning from various churches including Baptist, Covenant, Cavalry Chapel, and Evangelical Free churches. During his undergraduate studies at Southwest Minnesota State University, he studied History and Philosophy and was active in CRU.
After college, Nick and his wife, Miriam, began attending an Association Free Lutheran Congregations (AFLC) church plant, Living Word Free Lutheran Church. There, he was active in leading and teaching youth ministry and helped with music ministry as well. In 2018, he graduated from the Association Free Lutheran Theological Seminary in Plymouth, MN. He has served as Pastoral Intern at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Camarillo, California. In his free time, you will probably find him exploring the PNW with his family, watching baseball, grilling, or reading. Nick and Miriam have been married since 2007 and have three children.
