This weekend, ORLC will be holding our regular Divine Service on Sunday morning. Worship will begin at 9:30 AM as usual.
However, all other activities are cancelled. This includes refreshments following the service and Sunday School classes. There will be a short council meeting following the service to discuss church activities in the coming weeks. The congregation is invited to attend.
While at church this Sunday, will do somethings different in order to prevent any unnecessary interpersonal contact.
- Wash your hands, please.
- Please do not shake hands or bump fists as a greeting.
- The offering plate will be placed at the back of the sanctuary instead of being passed.
- No food will be served following the service.
- Spread out in the sanctuary.
King County Department of Health
King County Department of Health is recommending that people who fall into a high risk category refrain from meeting in public. Those categories include:
- Over 60 years of age
- With underlying health conditions including include heart disease, lung disease, or diabetes
- With weakened immune systems
- Who are pregnant
We urge you to use your best judgment as to whether you attend services.
The sermon will be recorded and rebroadcast on our website by Sunday afternoon.
